I have not yet done the last ceremony of this course. If I had done the course on time according to schedule I would have been finished with it entirely at least 2 months ago if not more than that. I do not know why I take breaks like this but I do that, and I feel a want to do a few of the ceremonies over again, I believe it will re-awaken the results in me or make the results stronger. I know that the very first ceremony is supposed to become a habit to do, and one other ceremony near the end of the course I was told should be done more times, and with other people. But I didn't see anything said about any other ceremonies.
I was just wondering if that would be inappropriate and not respectful of the material.
I still study a lot of the work that was written and listen to the MP3s, but I feel like I'm almost doing the whole course again but skipping the ceremonies which makes me feel bad.
Thanks!!
By the way I have also ordered the Science of Alchemy course a few months ago and began with that but also decided to take a break from it (actually I didn't decide, it just happens :P) but I did not do any ceremonies with that course yet except for the Wheels to synchronize the hours...and I thought maybe I should finish the Immortality course before I continue with the Alchemy course? What do you all think?
funny you were asking about ceremonies, Almine talked just about that in the radio show (the one about the last Easter). If you didn't hear it please try to get it from the archives or BTR, I believe Alminediary also has the link. In a nutshell, she says that she loads up the online classes with ceremonies because the experience is different than being in a pod, and while in a pod students can reach "higher" states easily (my word not hers), with online classes the release of energy is provided through the ceremonies.
Personally I am not very good at doing them, so I have done courses performing some ceremonies only once and skipping some. I have learned to be patient with myself and if there is resistance or lack of time, I take it the way it comes. I am still not very comfortable lying on the floor with a wheel of symbols around me, but I have found that performing the QiVesta and the yogas is something I look forward to.
Regarding how many courses to take, I try to take only one at a time because of the amount of information and the depth. Some months I have not taken the courses offered, because I have felt there was so much to process still. Other times I was following a course and feel drawn to review older information, and I just go with the flow. So set your own pace, the blessings keep coming either way
